After thirty two years in the transportation industry it was time for a change. I felt the need for something more personally rewarding then my prior career had to offer. While reviewing my career options a realtor friend of mine suggested considering working is real estate. Having lived in Northern Colorado since childhood I was aquainted with the cities, towns and open areas and how they had changed over the years. I enjoy working with people one on one. And, I was told, how helping a buyer or seller complete their goal  was one of the more rewarding experiences out there. So it was that in January of 2005 outfitted with a new license and desire to help I became a realtor. After my first closed transaction I was hooked and I can say with all honesty the rewards of helping people with their real estate needs is all my friend represented it to be.
